Godrej Properties has acquired 53 acres of land in Joka, Kolkata, to develop a residential project with a revenue potential of Rs 500 crore. The project will offer 1.3 million square feet of saleable area, featuring premium plotted developments in a rapidly growing area, strategically located near the city center and Diamond Harbour.
